By accessing or using GPTWriter (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent/legal guardian to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You may use GPTWriter only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or generate abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security of the Service.

You retain ownership of text you submit ("Input"). Subject to applicable law, you also own the generated output provided to you by the Service ("Output").

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before using or publishing it. AI-generated Output may contain inaccuracies and may not be unique.

The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by GPTWriter or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service.

If your account includes usage credits or paid plans, pricing and usage details are shown in-product or at purchase.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. Promotional credits may expire and may not have cash value.

The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI model providers). Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPTWriter and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to GPTWriter in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GPTWriter from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, for abuse, security risks, or Terms violations.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Texas, excluding conflict of law rules.

Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Austin, TX, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
